Plenty of new units join the fray, although the Kaiser misses out on his chance to raise an army, as I could not locate Germany's build order. France launches two fleets, while Turkey builds an army in Ankara along with the fleet in Smyrna.

Spring 1902 orders will be due Monday 1/19 at 3pm Central (US), or 21:00 GMT. I have found out that I will be out of town Monday, so it's very important that you cc: the orders box -- something you should all be doing anyway, of course. One of the tournament directors will take care of Monday's adjudication. I will be back on Tuesday to handle any summer 1902 retreats.
