Its been pointed out to me that our good French leader posted a set of Spring 02 moves to the Blitz message board several days ago. Though the order for the Portugal fleet is void (no coastal designation for Spain) the rest of the orders are sure valid. So, please consider this a Troutish correction of the Spring 02 turn.
