First of all, it's certainly unfortunate that two of our powers appear to be unable to continue in this game, and since no replacements may enter a tournament game, the dynamics have really been thrown off...

France sails two fleets westward, apparently outflanking England's single homeland army. Italy grabs Munich and sails into Eastern Med, while Austria fends off a Turkish attack on Bulgaria.

No retreats are due, so the fall 1903 deadline will be Thursday 1/29 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT.
