Well, ain't this one just a hoot. Some clever moves this season. Italy closes one of the Iberian canals. France distances himself from Naples. Russia makes a puddle of the Barents Sea. England gets funky with Rule 8. And Turkey appears finally slated for discontinuation. Unless something else should occur.

Austria:
Split Ank/Arm, Join Bla/Smy (*Bounces with Turkish Order*)

England:
Split Ska/Swe - Join Nwy/Den
Note: English F Swe relocates to Sweden¢s eastern coast in accordance with Rule 8.

France:
Tys and Nap separate, Rom and Ion connect

Italy:
MAt/Spa disconnect Por/NAf connect. Delete canal in Spa to create two separate coasts.
Note: I am relocating the French F Spa to the east coast unless I hear otherwise from Matt.

Russia:
split Barents and StP, connect Nwy and edge of board.

Turkey:
Black sea and Ankara Sep; Armenia and Smyrna connect (*Bounces with Austrian Order*)
