Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
Darryl brought up a good point. There is no firm deadline yet, as I'm moving next week. However, expect the deadline to be sometime the week after next. Get your orders in accordingly, because I plan to set a deadline as soon as I have an internet connection at my new place. The deadline may be as short as a couple days at that point, because you will already have had ample time to negotiate.
