There has been conferring and pondering and (if I understand it aright) a little bit of witchcraft involved, but...

In consideration of the real life topsy-turvy that has led our France to disappear for a little while, the tournament directors are allowing a proxy France for the next few seasons, after which time, Rachel will resume her role. The proxy will be played by Steve Lytton, who can be reached at stevelytton(at)hotmail.com

I am going to push today's deadline back to 1500 CST (2100 GMT) to give people an extra chance to introduce themselves to Steve and to bamboozle him into placing some truly wretched orders -- though, from what I've seen of Steve's play in DC 211, he won't need any help... Wink

Adam

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
