The last Russian unit finally succumbs to a Turkish attack. Austria and Turkey move fleets westward, as France sails into North Africa and Italy pulls back to port in Naples. France occupies the Norwegian Sea and moves an army to Edinburgh, but fails to take Sweden. On the mainland, both the French and Austrian armies play defense against each other, while Italy repels the French attack on Tuscany.
One summer 1907 retreat is due: the Russian army in Warsaw may retreat to Galicia, Livonia, Prussia, or OTB. Even though the Tsar has been absent for a while, he is entitled to submit a retreat order. The retreat is due tomorrow,
Tuesday 2/24 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT.
