Heya folks,

Some interesting happenings in the Winter of 07 as Italy retreats to Tyrolia and Russia fails to submit a retreat, necessitating the disband of the Rumanian force and giving the Tsar that third build...

Meanwhile, no disbands were received from Germany.  So the three disbands owed are resolved as per the default disband rules:

Units furthest from Home SCs: F English Channel (3 spaces from Home SC)
Fleets before Armies:  F North Sea (2 spaces from Home SC)
Alphabetical: A Galicia (2 spaces from Home SC)

Finally, once again a thank you to Michael for playing out the Turkish position.  We bid him farewell and move onto Spring 08 - deadline will be set for Monday, March 2nd (11:59 PM GMT).

Cheers!
