The Deadline for gunboat game dc226, 1903 WINTER Builds is
Saturday Mar 7, at  2400 hrs MT!  If possible send in
anticipated builds in a separate email to reduce the risk  of
my misplacing them!
        
French adventurers reach Warsaw.  Turkey closing in on Moscow.
Italy occupies Spain and Marseilles. Germany consolidates her
power.  England/ Turkey hold solid corner positions.  Russia
hangs on.  RULES FOR PRESS: Black Press rules apply, you may
use any byline.
        
GM has right to edit or not publish press not related to game,
or is indecent by GM personal standards or in some other way is
hateful or personal.  GM does not always read press completely,
and can not be held responsible if some unacceptable press is
published.
        
It is now after Game year 1902! so I will no longer go out of
my way to get a  substitute player if a turn is missed.
    
The GM will when possible give a 24 hour warning before NMR is
declared.  The GM reserves the right to issue an NMR without
giving any warning if  circumstances warrant.

ENGLAND REVOLTS OVER REVOLTING SCANDINAVIAN FOOD.

    The English army is in disarray over the latest food
    "contamination" scare in Finland.  Originally thought to be
    rancid meat they were being served, due to the smell of the
    Mess Hall, it was eventually discovered that the odors were
    wafting over the border from the unwashed armies in St.
    Petersburgh.
    The English High Command ordered an immediate invasion of
    the Northern Russian territory, and subsequently ordered
    that the "post-victory Gatorade bath" be given to the
    captured Russian troops.  "They need SOMETHING to quench
    that horrendous odor!"
    


Austria -> France: Your army is away from my borders, and I
expect it to stay away.  Boh will not follow, but it will de
doing its best to keep you away from Austrian soil. 
Austria -> Turkey: May our peace be long-lasting and
prosperous.  Shall we coordinate our Russian attack?
    


Wow, I don’t remember pissing in everyone’s cornflakes at our
last breakfast meeting of heads of state ... but there are a
lot of things I don’t remember from the night before that
breakfast.  Does anyone know the name of the strumpet in the
red dress that I dallied with?
        
Have I annoyed everyone?  If so, not sorry (I am the French you
know), but if anyone wants to wheel and deal I’ll be the guy in
the corner trying to decide which units to keep on the board
and which ones go to oblivion.
