Dear Uncle Bertie,

Thank you or you much needed support in helping our cousins in Belgium be freed from the yoke of French tyranny!

They and indeed I will be in your gratitude for as long as the German Flag flies over the Mannekin Pis..

Certainly the German people are delighted in becoming a partner with the the Great British people and do pledge not to build any navies.

With this in mind, let us press on on all fronts firstly to eliminate the French, and then to see what possibilities lie before us.
