So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

FALL 04 WIZARD PRESS:

wizard times reports problems with comms between the grand wizard and the other world leaders- 'its all up the creek right now and we arent sure why' reported 1 lesser apprentice to the senior mage of realm comms. He added ' the balls ( crystal) are cloudy, the esp is like being in an empty room , and something is eating our pigeons'
Rumours of dwarven tastes for pigeon pie and interference from the gods ( especially he the mighty fish demi god) abound.... Or perhaps forces are massing and alliances are shifting.....
