First of all, to the surprise of absolutely nobody, both endgame proposals (France solo, DIAS) are voted down.
France takes St. Petersburg, leaving him only one center short of a solo. However, the other powers appear to have a solid line of defense against any further French advances. Will France manage to gain that elusive 18th center next year, or will the other powers stalemate him?
Only one unit was dislodged, the Turkish army in St. Pete. Since France cut off its only possible retreat by moving to Livonia, that unit is destroyed.
