So too must the succesful diplomat be familiar with the board layout as well as the various strategies for each power. A handle on the protocols and the structures of the game rules is crucial for success.

Folks,

I sent a set of orders on Thursday to Adam and to the tournament address. I've forwarded a copy to Adam to ask him to double check--as they may have been lost for being so early.

It's S1910 and AR just keeps grinding it out. Italy asleep at the wheel? 'Tis a shame for Steve to collect his first NMR, but there you have it. Consequently, there are two Italian retreats:

Italian A Marseilles can retreat to Spain or Gascony or OTB
Italian F Western Mediterranean can retreat to Spain(sc) or Gulf of Lyon or North Africa or OTB

Steve's orders are due Tuesday. Everybody else can (but should not) wait until Thursday.
