So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I've heard from Babak, and he's still with us. Seems he's still having computer problems, but he'll still try to stick with the game. Thanks, Babak.
I've gotten both sets of retreats, but I'm so exhausted today I was falling asleep behind the wheel on the way home from work. I'll put out the adjudication as soon as I get home tomorrow. Thanks for being extra prompt, guys.
