All over Europe the arms race gets going in earnest with most powers choosing to construct those new-fangled dreadnoughts. We have a plethora of new fleets and a cluster of new armies. Other than Italy and Austria being at loggerheads, it is difficult to see where the battle-lines have been drawn.

The deadline for your spring 1902 moves will not be until the 27th July (2000 GMT) as I am going to be completely off-grid for a few weeks. Sorry about this unavoidable delay. During this time I will not be able to acknowledge your orders as I would do normally. When I return from holidays I will get back to the usual weekly schedule. Still, judging from the state of play, the extra week of negotiation might be useful- things are interestingly poised even at this early stage.

The targeted deadlines are Fall 1902 2nd August, Winter 1902 4th August. Spring 1903 11th August. If these are going to pose any problems for you, let me know as soon as possible.
