9) France to Usoa: I would prefer to have you leave PHS as
it blocks my units. A in Chr and Mar is accepteable.
8)Marshall - USA: Perfectly acceptable. We would prefer
that army in Mau gone, then F wak can deployed elsewhere as
well. Not very happy with the offers to France as well.
7) USA=>Marshall: You can have wak, but I want pho! [looks
like a deal to me]
6) USA => France: The US government accepts you suggestion.
