Apologies for the delay. We had a late player.

As 1902 draws to a close, the only nations that will be properly proud of their achievements for the year will be Russia and Germany. Germany for the moment has successfully reclaimed their homeland, and both nations conspired to keep England from moving this turn. Russia meanwhile made progress against Turkey, taking Bulgaria. What seemed like an imminent Russo-Austrian conflict seems to be off for now, although both nations frightened the other this turn. Italy and Austria got into better positions for their eventual stalemate, and France's position will cause Germany no small amounts of headaches. Finally, Norway maintains their independence!

For 1902, it's a pretty quiet Winter turn. France, you need to disband one unit, and Russia gets one build. Those will be due in 24 hours, so by Friday the 17th of April, 22:00 NZST.

Professor of Diplomacy to players: good evening. We are about to enter what is called the mid game. This is when Turkey and Italy realise they are going to spend the whole game with four centres. Austria either implodes or takes over the world. If Austria implodes Russia takes over the world, or if Austria takes over the world Russia implodes. France stabs England, Germany stabs France, England stabs Germany. Either Austria or Russia and one of Germany/France/England now go - leaving five players.
