WT/Fall GM: Countries with units clashing; Mars/USoA, Mars/Fran,
Indo/Japa, Fran/Zeal. Zealand takes back her home SC of kei, but
France continues her guerrilla war on Zealand by stealing into
cha, along with muscling her way into tog!
Zealand gives misplaced support to Marshall_Islands who retreats
to Wem and therefore must remove a unit! Japan still no push
over and gains 2 builds. Indonesia tops the board in SC but
others are catching up fast, two to watch USoA and France.
There are still two SC not yet taken; hob,per, no doubt more
than one power has his eye on doing just that.
