PREV  Fall 1903 Adjudication:  NEXT

After a stagnated 1902 and Spring which saw hiccups get in the way of progress, it's England who emerges as the winner of 1903, taking Holland and Saint Petersburg. Austria and Russia trade Rumania and Bulgaria, with Russia entering 1904 in a precarious position. Germany for the moment continues to hold off France, although how long that will last remains to be seen.

No retreats, so we are onto another fairly quiet winter. Austria builds one and England builds two. You two, those will be due in 24 hours, so by Friday the 24th of April, 22:00 NZST.

Have fun!

Dan

Professor of diplomacy to North Africa: ‘Rock the Casbah’? Sharif wouldn’t like that.

Marseilles-All: It's so quiet here, we could really use foreign tourists to fill our beaches.
----
AH - Italy We're good let us co-operate toward a two way draw (hey gotta think big). If I am successful in taking Bulgaria then my fleet will move to the Aegean.

AH - England Here's to our mutual success this turn.
----
England - France: Mon Ami, I do apologise for being such an inept ally, hopefully things have now worked! Please stay with me, at least you can be sure to polish me off at the end with me playing this badly!

----
France - England: Sigh...we kinda messed that one up. I hope you are able to get Hol this time out. I think our priority is to still try take Holland and Mun from the Germans. And hopefully Russia decides he needs the units in the south rather than the north for now. I am still fighting on against the Huns!

France - Germany: Hang on. Relief is coming! We will be in the capitol soon.

France - Russia: Now why would you attack Silesia when I was clearly not coming after you? I am happy to join affairs in the East if that's what you were trying to get me to do....we've always wanted to try Polish vodka.
----
Germany to England and France: Currywurst: you two could not organise a booze up in a brewery! Prepare to die!

From the office of the Kaiser to the Tsar of Russia
The Kaiser sends his warm regards to the Tsar and was pleased to hear of Russian units raiding the french interlopers in Silesia. In principle the Kaiser is agreeable to the demilitarization of Sweden and Denmark. However it is unlikely the Kreigsmarine will be able to leave for some time, as it is needed to continue denying the English full use of the North sea. The Kaiser can only offer his assurances that his forces are far too busy defending every one of the Reich's manufactories to consider creating yet another enemy.
Though the Kaiser would not presume to tell the Tsar how best to use his fleets, he cannot but feel garrisoning Sweden is a waste of their potential. Were the Kaiser in the enviable position of the Tsar he would look to securing the coast of Norway, the north coast of Saint Petersburg, and the Barents, and Norwegian seas. Should the opportunity arise to assist the Tsar's fleets into the North Sea, the Kaiser is ready to order the Kreigsmarine to do so. In a related note the Kaiser has asked that the Bavarian garrison pray for the successful operations of the Tsars Scandinavian fleets.

From the office of the Kaiser to the Anglo-French Schweinhündchen

The Kaisers armies will never rest in their defense of the Reich. No doubt it is only a mater of time before succumb to your greed and turn upon each other.

Russia to Germany: I’m now going to shout: GET OUT OF MY WAY!

Russia to all. My new code word is Plov

Russia to Austria. Plov. I'm going to expel the red armies from eastern Europe!

Russia to Italy. Plov. I'm going to expel the green fleets from eastern Med!
Plov. Plov.

From the really real Ottoman Porte - to the Austro-Hungarian Emperor:
The sultan places himself at the service of the Emperor to expel the invading forces from Russia and Italy in 1904.
