I have the retreat results, and we move on to Winter adjustments. For clarity, I did not receive retreat orders from the Balkans, I retreated those units to the only allowable positions. I am looking for orders from these seven players:
Balkans: Removes 2 units.
England: Removes 1 unit.
Germany: Builds 1 unit.
Italy: Builds 3 units.
USSR: Builds 1 unit.
Turkey: Builds 1 unit.
Spain: Removes 2 units.
What is interesting to me, and perhaps a bit of a surprise, is that Italy is currently in the lead of the game with 11 supply centers!
