Looking at the map of Ireland, everything looks calm and stable - in Ulster. The only power with its home centres intact, it follows that Ulster is also atop the leaderboard on five SCs, followed by Munster with four, and everyone else is at two. I had thought that armies would be the way to go, but Ulster's power at sea is a key part of the gains. But remember - as long as you have a unit in play, you are very much a part of the game.
