With the Danes out of the equation, conflict erupts between French-Bugundian and Swedish-Slavic alliances as Praha falls to the French thanks to a not insignificant Bzyantine risk, whilst the Swedes at the same time wrest Hedeby out of French hands. The Norwegians, currently ignored by both sides whilst being larger than all could well be kingmaker in this war. The Norwegians don't actually do a lot this turn, with the captures of London and Lisbon being the only notable events beyond the weird retreat from Northern Russia. The age of the independents must be at an end this year with both Bzyantine and Norwegian forces knocking out the last remaining independent outposts. The Danes hold and the Arabs are in deep trouble.
