Itâ€™s a mixed bag for builds this turn as Turkey builds a fleet in Ankara, France builds an army in Paris, and Russia builds fleets in Sevestapol and the north coast of St. Petersburg and an army in Warsaw. Meanwhile, Austria is forced to disband their final unit and Germany opts to disband their army in Holland.
