PREV  Fall 1906 Adjudication:  NEXT

This game continues to excite. In 1905, it didn't look like much would be able to stand in the way of the Anglo-French; now having lost Warsaw, Munich, the Mid Atlantic, and the guessing game, France seems in serious trouble. Both of our one center powers survived - German forces arrived as promised in Munich and received aid from our Austrian emperor. Turkey's survival was more bizarre - both Austria/Italy and Russia attacked Ankara with equal force, cancelling each other out. The Italian navy now forms a wall in the West, while Russia is down to just Moscow and Sevastopol.

A final point of interest: the only orders for Sweden this turn came from a power which does not control it!

One retreat, for the French army in Warsaw. It can retreat to Silesia, Prussia, Ukraine, or OTB. France - you have 24 hours to make a decision so let me know by Wednesday the 20th of May, 22:00 NZST.

Have fun!

Dan

AH to Italy - The western seas are open to you.

AH to England - There's enough of Russia for the both of us. Not looking for confrontation.

AH to Germany - here's to your success - we hope.
----
England - France: Howdy my Parisien chum. In my view the GM has exaggerated the negative nature of my moves. You will note that I have still vacated Belgium and that my fleets have to go somewhere.

England - Austria - any chance of you poking sev, to help me into Moscow and weaken Russia further?
----

France-England: A little early for the stab isn’t it? I can slowly bleed you while Austria and Italy gain the upper hand. Come on man!

France-All: Yep. Send the “I told you so” mail to me. I got a bit overextended there but sometimes Gunboat just goes that way.

----

Italy-Austria: I will keep pushing at Ank and hope for your support.

Italy-France: Good to see you pulling back. The glorious Italian navy is undertaking a defensive operation to prevent you back-sliding.

Italy-England: I’d be grateful if you stayed away from Iberia. I can help you take the north of France.
