Oceania DC508\WINTER/2006 Press!
=================================================================
[Player: I find it very concerning that two player know each other.]
GM: I agree which is why I CC last result to M Sims. It is just about the worst error that can happen in a gunboat game. Still one player has promised not to communicate with the other except by press, See 12.
I did a cut and paste and for some reason perhaps the old cut and paste stayed in, got the wrong result. I did not notice this as I was working very fast to clean up previous error. In life that is often why errors compound; so the battle can go on..

Oceania DC508\WINTER/2006 Player Press!
=================================================================
12) Indonesia to all: I understand your concerns. This was a mistake of the GM. But what shall we do? End the game. Why it is very interesting? Exchange players? Not a good idea because it changes the game. I can assure you that I will not contact France because it is against the sense of the game. It would be unfair if the game is changed so. It would take the fun away and I hope you will trust me that I do as I say.
GM: For game play reasons I am verifing this is from the Indonesian Player.
11) Japan/Marshall/NewZealand/USAUSAUSA - Indonesia: Why should I not play on? If you want a two-way, good luck, but I won't surrender until I'm gone, and I wonder if a stalemate is possible in this variant. So either propose a DIAS or show me that a 2-way is really a likely result. I think not! GM two cents: forming a stalemate line in this game is much harder than in other ones which is why I like running the game.
10) Nobody has ever won this variant but Japan. Looks like our current fearless leaders want a draw and keep Japan's record intact.
9) Indonesia get ALL of Marshall Islands and OZ has to fight France.
8) France and Indonesia know each other. What me worry?

7) Indonesia to Australia: I voted for our draw, I guess France didn't, but who else wants to play on?
6) Indonesia to Australia: I voted for our draw, I guess France didn't, but who else wants to play on?
5) Indonesia to Australia: I read carefully. Don`t worry I`m at your side.
4) Is Indonesia going to stab Australia and go for the win?
3) Maybe the 2 way draw should be France and Indonesia?
2) A Friend -> OZ you are such a tool! Give any of the rest of us your position and we would've done better.
1) Australia to Indonesia: I hope you read the coordinated moves from MUF. It looks like you have a open flank wak and kir. Good Luck.

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
