Good Evening. There are lots of details in this email, please read it carefully.
First, two players are ending their time with us tonight. England and USSR were both eliminated this year. I want to thank Max and Jim for their time with us! I hope you enjoyed this variant.
Second, we have two (2) End of Game proposals. I need votes from each eligible player (France, Germany, Italy, Turkey).
EOG Proposal 1:
Italy/Germany Draw. Please vote YES or NO to this proposal. A YES vote means that Italy and Germany would both be listed as winning, and France and Turkey would be listed as surviving. A NO vote means that we move on to Proposal 2.
EOG Proposal 2:
Germany/Italy/Turkey Draw. Please vote YES or NO to this proposal. A YES vote means that Germany, Italy and Turkey would all be listed as winning this game, and France would be listed as surviving. A NO vote means we keep playing the game.
Voting Details:
Each eligible player is to submit 2 votes with their Spring 1946 orders. If Proposal #1 gets 4 YES votes, that EOG proposal passes and the game is over without moving on to Proposal #2. If EOG Proposal #1 does not get 4 YES votes but EOG Proposal #2 gets 4 YES votes, Proposal 2 will pass and the game is over without processing any Spring orders. If Proposal #2 does not get 4 YES votes, Spring orders will be processed and we keep playing. If a player does not submit a vote on one or both of the proposals, it will be counted as a NO vote on that proposal. If either proposal passes, the game will end at Winter 1945.
Spring 1946 orders and votes are due on Monday, April 20 at 8:30 PM PDT (03:30 21-4-20 UTC)
(We didn't have any press before now, and this was not listed as coming from any particular country. This should be counted as "Grey" press)
