PREV Spring 1908 Adjudication: NEXT

A lot of defense this season as the Czar holds the fort in Holland, causing a roadblock for Germany's armies in France, and some supports in the south lead to almost a total lack of movement. Other notable happenings include Germany's whole navy pushing north and west and the continued northward march of Italy's armies.
