PREV Fall 1909 Adjudication: NEXT

First thing's first, the draw proposal has been voted down, so onward we go.

The alliances again seem to be shifting this turn as Germany finds himself under attack from both other powers, with Russia cutting a key support from Kiel and allowing Italy to get into Munich. Elsewhere Germany does push back the Russian forces in Prussia, while Italy still finds German forces blocking the entrance to France.

There were three resultant retreats. However, Germany only had one option that didn't involve bouncing with himself, and I took the liberty to retreat the Russian army to War (over Lvn). If either of you prefer OTB or a switch (in Warren's case), just let me know.

All of this leads to a winter with only one adjustment: Italy is due one build. So I will adjudicate that as soon as I receive it, but I'll set a deadline for B for Wednesday at the latest. If I receive the build tomorrow we'll have Spring 10 on Friday, otherwise it will be Monday.
