As you can tell, both EOG proposals failed. Believe it or not, there is consensus on where this game is heading... Both sides want to win, and neither wants to back down!
Italy is taking control of the Iberian peninsula–Germany was dislodged from Lisbon and only has one unit left in the area. Otherwise, some minor skirmishes but no real fighting (except for Italy dislodging Turkey from Burgundy!)
We do have another EOG proposal this turn as well. The EOG proposal is for an Italy-Turkey Draw. This means that Italy and Turkey would be listed as winning and Germany as Surviving.
