Not too much to comment on this season as most simply attempt to improve
their positioning. Russia is the only one to move into an enemy center
as his armies march onto the frozen Beaufort Sea.
There are no retreats, so we move directly to Winter 2012, the deadline
for which will be this coming Monday, September 14, at 9 pm eastern.
