Damn history!  Whenever Russia achieves a position of dominance...this happens!  Stupid revolutions...
 
Odd that the rebels managed to build their own fleet, leaving mine untouched.  Must have been the submariners out of Petropavlosk.  Never trust those glowing jerks.
