Should be an interesting spring as the map looks quite different than it
ever has before, with the American army completely absent from the map
and a second Russian fleet in the Atlantic.

The next deadline, for Spring 2013, will be this coming Tuesday,
September 22, at 9 pm eastern. Don't forget about the territories
melting for the spring (listed below)!
