Diplomats,

The current deadline is moving closer, and I have precious few orders. If you feel that an extension is needed, please give me a holler, and I'll move the deadline. Otherwise, I'll be expecting a lot of orders in the next 24 ½ hours.

The builds are in and we are ready to move on to the next major season - Spring 1904. This year it's balanced builds, with a fleet and an army each for the two builders, while Germany chooses to disband the Tyrolian Army.
