"You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here!"... seems to be the message to Austria as over half their units are dislodged. 4 total retreats to run this summer, and not all of them have a spot to go.

Austrian F Adriatic Sea can retreat to Trieste.
Austrian A Tyrolia can retreat to Vienna or Trieste.
Austrian A Venice can retreat to Trieste.
Russian F Bulgaria(ec) can retreat to Black Sea.
