Agent Fresh frowned at the reports in front of him and attempted to quell the rising panic he felt. The League of Shadows' projected analysis of the events in Europe had woefully underestimated the speed at which the newly forming powers would expand their industrial bases. Seven separatist states, all seven capturing peaceful - but industrial - provinces within a year. They would not remain peaceful for long it would seem. These centres of supply could only fuel the fires of conflict; which were already raging across Fresh's mind's eye, as his gaze fell on the map.

A muscle in his eyelid twitched as Fresh surveyed the rich Balkan states. What the hell were they playing at down there? ...Who the hell were they?!

Fresh's man in Budapest had been the only of his subordinates to glean any data thusfar on the insurgency. A Commander Tesarik was rumoured to be leading a ragtag, yet seemingly efficient army through the centre of the Balkans, but until the agent had further mastered "the bizarre local slur of Czech-Rumanian"; Fresh didn't imagine he would get a whole lot more to pass on to Zurich as to.

Fresh gazed about him; taking in the fading opulence of his rooms in St. Petersburg. The local council were proving decidedly unfriendly, but grudgingly cooperative none-the-less and the quarters were regal, if dusty. Fresh rolled up his sleeves and set about his task.

*******URGENT MEMO TO LEAGUE OF SHADOWS HQ, ZURICH*******

MOBILISATION OF INSURGENTS CONTINUES APACE. ALL MILITARY FORCES HAVE CAPTURED ADDITIONAL CENTRES OF SUPPLY. WHETHER OR NOT THESE OCCUPIED PROVINCES ACCEPT THEIR NEW MASTERS REMAINS TO BE SEEN, BUT WE SHOULD PREPARE FOR THE WORST, DETAILS TO FOLLOW IN WINTER REPORT. INTELLIGENCE RE: HEADS OF COUPS IS SCANT. ALL WE ARE CERTAIN OF IS THAT A COMMANDER TESARIK LEADS THE UPRISING FROM BUDAPEST. HE IS REPORTED TO BE RUTHLESS AND DISLIKED.

AUSTRIA: A Rum - Ser
ENGLAND: F NTH - Nwy
FRANCE: F Spa(sc) - Por
GERMANY: F HEL - Hol
ITALY: F ION - Tun
RUSSIA: A Sev - Rum
TURKEY: A Bul - Gre

Adjustments are universal - everyone has a build and only one vacant centre. If you wish to specify Fleet or Army (where applicable), you have 48 hours from now to do so. Default builds will be applied if I do not receive orders, (for this turn default = the same unit type as your Winter 1897 build)

I shall post the Winter 1898 Map on Thursday after 12noon GMT
