There have been a few questions with regards to the English NMR. I am aware that it might cause unbalance across the board if a player does not send in any orders, especially for the first few turns. However, the rules for the Winter Blitz tournament clearly state that NMR's will be adjudicated, and no replacements will be found. A player may rejoin after any number of missed turns. The game is perfectly playable even if England never submits an order. It's just a different game than the one you are all used to.

The results are in, and the things to comment on are the bounce in Black Sea - which is quite normal, and the fact that England receives an NMR.
