Oh, hey guys I already answered Doug privately.
A unit not ordered holds, irrelevant of what's implied by other
unit's orders. This is right out of the game rulebook, it has nothing to do w TD
decisions or interpretation. Did I miss something else here, or was there more
to this inquiry?

While I agree with your decision I find myself questioning
the legality of it.
I know Doug said he had asked the TD for a ruling on the convoy so I am
unsure of the protocol there. The rules say the TD decisions are final,
but
there is no mention of the process followed to do so. Doug made his
feelings
clear, as did those of us who commented.
I just want to be sure it all holds up.

GM's remarks:
*shrug* Germany NMR's. I'm not trying to pick on you
Doug, really I'm not. Please send me an email and let me know you are
still with us.
I am on travel again next week (said last time that it
wouldn't be the last). I will do my best to not allow this to influence
the time of the Adjudication, like I did last time. I am traveling on
Sunday. I have return travel scheduled for Saturday; though it is likely
that the meeting will be done earlier in the week. Again, I do not expect
that this will be a problem . . . but you might want to be extra sure you are
cc'ing your orders to orders(at)diplomaticcorp.com.
Congratulations to the survivors for making it to year 7 of
Round 2, Winter Blitz 2010.
