Players,
The year 1906 opens with a bang. Many bangs in fact, and pretty much all of the activity was centered on three well-separated peninsulas.
The English and the Germans butt heads in Jutland. No one can claim the Danish province, but unfortunately Kiel is no longer a safe haven for the German fleet. It must find a new place to go.
The English and the French resume their perpetual fighting in Iberia. This time it is the French fleet, with double support, dislodging the English from the Catalan Coast.
Finally, we come to the Balkan peninsula, specifically Greece and the Peloponnesian Islands. Here the Italians mount a surprise (?) attack from the north and send the Turkish fleet scattering to... elsewhere.
RETREATS
NEEDED from England, Germany and Turkey. Submit 'em ASAP and I'll notify all the parties involved. If I don't get a retreat by 8 pm tomorrow it's OTB for you and it won't be a secret.
NEXT DEADLINE: Fall 1906 is due Tuesday, June 8, at 8 pm Eastern US time. As always, if I have all the orders marked Final by Monday I'll try to adjudicate early.
Cheers,
Chris
