Hey All,
Here's the new .dpy file and map. NOTE - the Austrian army in Bul should be in Greece NOT BUL. Sorry about the confusion. Serves me right for not cutting and pasting from RP...

We also have a proposal for a FAIR draw. Please vote with your orders (which are due tomorrow at 9 pm).
