Diplomats,

Two new armies on the board; one in Constantinople and one in Rome. We also have a draw proposal to consider: DIAS.

We also have a change of time to consider. Starting this Sunday, Europe will be entering daylight savings. I will continue to do the adjudications at the same local time, which means that we'll move the due time by an hour.

Next turn: Spring 1912 Movement and Votes.
