So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Yes, Italy did send a revised disband, and I acknowledged it... so here comes another update. Since it's near the normal deadline already, in order to give everyone a chance to react to the new map, the spring 1903 deadline will be extended by a day, to Tuesday 2/7 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT.
