2nd Down: Turkish fleets play cover 2 on the Ionian Sea.
3rd Down: Iberian (nee French) Fleet in Spain goes "Poof!" in the face of flying Italian wedge.
4th Down: Wrong-way Russians capture Budapest, aided by the ArchDuck's "Ole!" defense.
RETREATS: Austrian A Budapest may retreat to Vienna or Galicia or OTB.
NEXT DEADLINE: Austria retreat is due by 18:00 tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7. I will publish the retreat as soon as I get it.
