Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Hey all,

France has waived his build. So the .gif and .dpy will be the same as for fall. See you all on Monday. If I get "Yes" votes from everyone on one of the draws before that, I will end the game at that point. I'm not trying to force the game's end by any means, but I just letting you know. Remember the two draws on the table right now are the FA and the FIA. And if both pass it will be recorded as a FA draw.
