Europe's shipyards are teeming with activity, as everyone except Austria adds at least one fleet. Spring 1902 orders will be due Monday 4/16 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT.  As always, prelims are encouraged. Also, for those of you who don't already know this, I typically have no e-mail access on weekends - therefore, I probably won't acknowledge your orders until Monday. Cory ----- Winter 1901 adjustments: Austria:

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
