Europe's shipyards are teeming with activity, as everyone except Austria adds at least one fleet.
Spring 1902 orders will be due Monday 4/16 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. As always, prelims are encouraged.
Also, for those of you who don't already know this, I typically have no e-mail access on weekends - therefore, I probably won't acknowledge your orders until Monday.
