Hmm. This is a good point from John. I've just used Realpolitik to adjudicate, and I can't see why Spa can't retreat to Por, rather than get disbanded. Can anyone else see this?If anyone can see that reason, please reply all ASAP. Otherwise, I will edit the file to allow the retreat to Por (should John choose to). That would mean we must add one disband to France's quota. The deadline remains 2000GMT this evening.
