I noticed that Real Politic "auto-disbands" on occasion, but have never been sure why...
But I would like to encourage France to accept the disband anyways!!! hehe...

Sorry guys I thought that I had sent in my moves but somehow they never left. And they  would have worked too. That said Army Spain cannot be disbanded but retreats to Portugal, which is empty, instead.
