Okay, Germany builds an army in Berlin while Italy keeps Naples.
Everything else is done by default.

First things first, I got an Out of Office message from Turkey
suggesting they were off doing something interesting. I got no
orders, but I expect that's because real life took precedence. Even
with no orders, however, Turkey got off lightly with their army in
Ukraine being forced to disband.
No retreats, but...

Turkey builds 1.
...and...
Italy removes 2. Ouch.
As usual, check the results (I hate this joint move, retreat, build
thing) and if they're wrong then tell me.
