I did not receive any build order from Russia, and there is no copy of any build order in the Orders box at the main website. So, the original Winter adjudication stands. Sorry about that Scott.
I will get a map to you all as soon as I can. In the meantime just add Austrian armies in Bud and Vie to the map from Thursday.
Spring orders are due Monday 18 March,  2100GMT. Don't forget your egp votes. AF two way, DIAS.
