A DIAS draw proposal has been made, as those who seek an end to the war try to create peace.  France, it seems, may be able to create peace of a different sort.  After liberating Orleanais, the French - for the time being - sit on nine centres.  English efforts to expel the French from Anjou failed, leaving the coming Fall as what may well be the last turn, regardless of the outcome.
