I have received an End of Game proposal: a draw between Germany, Spain and Turkey. Per the House Rules, the vote will not be due until Monday, December 1 with our Spring orders, but I wanted to get the information out. IF the EOG passes on Monday, the game would end after the Winter 1944 adjustments and we would NOT proceed with Spring 1945 orders.
